Bondi Junction – Attic Conversion & Full House Renovation

Project Details

The existing attic had structural timber running through it and a slate tile roof. We removed everything and rebuilt the attic with LVLs, forming a new strong frame. We installed skylights, new flooring, lighting, and a full staircase to access the space. The rest of the house received a full roof replacement using corrugated iron and new insulation. We also replaced all windows, repainted the home, and fully renovated the kitchen and bathrooms. A highly detailed, full-scope transformation.
