This job was designed for us, and we brought the plans to life. We added a large balcony to the second level of the property using a full steel frame construction. Compressed sheeting and tiling were used for the balcony surface. We fabricated a custom balustrade to match the existing style and installed opaque glass screening above for privacy. The result was a sleek, functional outdoor space that integrated beautifully with the home’s architecture. The client was extremely happy with the result.
Project Details
This was a complete backyard transformation. We replaced the entire retaining wall and fence line along the side of the property. The backyard had heavy overgrowth and old plantings, so we brought in excavators to remove root systems and level the entire space. We installed all new concrete pathways, built a custom deck and pergola, added planter boxes, and laid synthetic grass throughout the remaining yard. The result was a clean, low-maintenance entertainment area that totally redefined the client’s outdoor living. They were over the moon with the result.
