Project Details
This was a cost-conscious renovation for a family friend. The home needed serious work on the floor, which was uneven and unsafe. We replaced the entire subfloor and installed new Cypress Pine flooring. All amenities were updated, including a full kitchen replacement. Plumbing was overhauled, and we reworked the layout to create a more open and livable space. Despite the tight budget, we delivered a huge upgrade and the client was genuinely grateful.
